THOMAS OSPITAL: SOLO ORGAN RECITAL – JULY 11, 2026

With his solo organ recital, Thomas Ospital concluded the second edition of the International Festival “Organs of St. Anastasia” in the 2024/2025 season. The concert took place on August 23, 2025, at 8:00 PM in Zadar’s Cathedral of St. Anastasia, on the renowned Eisenbarth organ, to the great delight of the audience that filled the cathedral to the very last seat.

On this occasion, a collaboration was agreed upon for the third edition of the International Festival “Organs of St. Anastasia”, where Professor Thomas Ospital will once again perform a solo concert in the Cathedral of St. Anastasia in Zadar, on July 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM.

Thomas Ospital has been the Titular Organist of the Great Organ at the Church of Saint-Eustache in Paris for ten years. He is a professor of organ alongside Olivier Latry, under whom he studied, at the Paris National Conservatory of Music and Dance.

A winner of several international competitions, Ospital regularly gives masterclasses in interpretation and improvisation. He is known for his virtuosic improvisation, which holds an essential place in his artistic expression, as well as for his youthful energy and complete dedication to music.

He is regarded as one of the world’s leading concert organists, and we are honored to have the opportunity to hear and see him perform once again in our city of Zadar.
