Paul Fey was born in 1998 in a small town near Leipzig, Germany. His musical education began when he was in kindergarten. His parents enrolled him in ‘early music education’. In the first grade of elementary school, he began learning classical guitar. A year later, he added piano lessons, and continued to study both instruments for 10 years. At the age of 15, he was introduced to the organ in the local church. He continued to practice and experiment on the organ for several hours a day. He studied with A.F. Kipping and Stefan Kießling, former organist of St. Thomas Church in Leipzig.
