With great pleasure, we announce the Third International Festival “Organs of St. Anastasia”, which will open on May 27, 2026, with a gala concert by Alen Kopunović Legetin and his guests!
In collaboration with numerous distinguished artists from Croatia and abroad, the festival will include not only concerts but also a Masterclass in organ performance, led by Professor Olivier Latry, organ professor at the Paris National Conservatory of Music and Dance and Titular Organist at Notre-Dame Cathedral, Paris.
You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the history and development of the organ through the centuries, as well as the craft of organ building and the creation of sound, in a workshop led by organ builder Tibor Apro.

The Masterclass will focus on improvisation, interpretation, registration, and performing in large and complex acoustics, offering participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in the sound world of the French symphonic organ. Participants will also have the chance to perform in a final concert, after which they will receive official certificates of completion.
Tibor Apro will introduce participants to the history and stages of organ construction, the structure of the instrument, materials used for pipes, the creation of sound, and the influence of modern electronics on organ building today.
The primary goal of the Church Music Week School is to deepen existing knowledge in the field of church music, provide comprehensive support for and encouragement of church musicians, and offer professional development aimed at improving individual vocal and conducting skills. It also includes familiarization with new sacred choral literature, developing competencies in liturgical playing, as well as fostering mutual acquaintance and networking among participants.
Accommodation and meals can be arranged.
