RAPHAEL ATTILA VOGL - SOLOIST CONCERT IN THE CATHEDRAL OF ST. STOSIJE 13. 6. 2O25.

"Vogl is a brilliant young organist who possesses great ability, creative imagination and musical passion."

We will have the opportunity to listen to this young and talented organist on June 13, 2025 at 8:00 PM in the Zadar Cathedral of St. Anastasia. It will be extremely interesting because Raphael Attila Vogl began his early musical education in Passau, where the organ was made in the famous Eisenbarth master workshop for our Zadar cathedral.

He studied organ playing in Regensburg, Germany, and in Budapest, Hungary. Raphael graduated in organ playing at the world-famous Juilliard School in 2020. After that, he was accepted for the Doctorate of Musical Arts, which is the most advanced study at The Juilliard School.

Raphael A. Vogl has participated in various competitions, winning prizes at the Mendelssohn International Organ Competition in Switzerland, the Tariverdiev International Competition in Russia, and the Boulder Bach Festivals World Bach Competition. Raphael made his Alice Tully Hall debut in 2020, where he performed the New York premiere of Sophia Gubaidulina’s The Rider on the White Horse at the Focus Festival at Lincoln Center. As a concert organist, he has appeared in concert halls and cathedrals across Europe and America, such as the Berlin Philharmonic, the Madison Symphony, and Marian Anderson Hall, and regularly performs with the Philadelphia Orchestra, working with Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Roderick Cox, and Daniele Rustioni.
